Garbage receptacles for every bus shelter are needed in this city. They also need to be emptied on a timely basis.

Transit Changes
Need a nice coffee/tea shop. Traffic issues must be fixed, better connection to other bust stops, so we can get on next bus and not have to wait for another but it already be there.

The diversity is amazing and an asset. Good small community feel. Traffic needs improvement. Better nightlife. Bigger bike paths. Condos.
